Description:
A residency training program that prepares physicians in the physiology of the normal neonate, the patho-physiology of the sick infant, and the diagnosis and management of problems of the newborn infant, including consulting with obstetricians to plan for the care of women with high-risk pregnancies. Requires prior completion of a program in pediatrics.
