Description:
A residency training program that prepares physicians in that branch of physics which includes the physical aspects of radiation therapy, radiologic diagnosis, and/or nuclear medicine. Radiologic physicists must specialize in at least one of the three subspecialty areas: therapeutic radiological physics, diagnostic radiological physics, and/or medical nuclear physics.
